These terms set out how tglplus operates this platform, what you can expect from us, and what we ask from you. Availability and access depend on local law and apply only where permitted in eligible regions of Indonesia.

POLICY TERMS
How Our Legal Position Works
tglplus operates this platform under terms that apply to all account holders in supported regions of Indonesia. By creating and using an account, you accept the conditions set out across these pages — including how we process account data, how wallet transactions via GoPay, DANA and OVO are recorded, and how disputes are raised. We do not hold your payment instrument data directly. When you fund your account using GoPay or DANA, the transaction is processed through those payment networks, and only the resulting credit to your tglplus wallet is stored on our side. The same applies to OVO transfers. What we retain is the transaction record — amount, timestamp, and account ID — not your wallet credentials. This policy applies where local law in Indonesia permits access to this type of platform. We do not extend coverage claims to jurisdictions where access is restricted. If your region is later reclassified under local regulation, your account status will be updated and you will be notified through the contact method on file. The current state of your account eligibility is shown in your account dashboard after login. For anything in these terms you want clarified, reach us through the support paths listed on this page.
GoPay
Transaction records from GoPay payments are stored as wallet credit entries on your account — we do not retain GoPay credentials.
DANA
DANA deposits appear as confirmed wallet credits. The record includes amount and timestamp; your DANA account details stay within the DANA network.
OVO
OVO transfers are handled through the OVO network. We store only the resulting wallet event, not the source instrument details.
Account Wallet
Your tglplus wallet balance is the single source of truth for what you hold on platform. Every credit and debit is logged and visible in your transaction history.
SCOPE AND COVERAGE
What This Policy Covers and What It Does Not
Not every part of your experience on tglplus falls under the same set of rules. Understanding the boundaries here helps you know which channel to use when something needs attention — and when to go directly to a third-party service instead.
Account Access
Login credentials, session management and account-level settings are fully within scope. If access is blocked or credentials need resetting, our support team handles it through the contact paths on this page.
Wallet Transactions
Credits and debits inside your tglplus wallet are covered. Disputes about a payment not reaching your wallet should be raised with us first; we will cross-reference our transaction log against the relevant payment network record.
Site Content
Game availability, odds display and content shown within the platform are managed by us. Studio titles from PG Soft, Habanero, CQ9 and others in our lobby are subject to each studio's own content terms alongside ours.
Third-Party Services
GoPay, DANA and OVO are independent networks. Their own terms govern what happens within their systems. We cannot alter or override a decision made by those networks — we can only act on what our wallet log shows.
YOUR ACCOUNT RIGHTS
Actions You Can Take Under This Policy
Your account is yours to manage. Under this policy, you have the right to review the data we hold about your account activity, request corrections to details that are factually wrong, and ask questions about how any part of this policy applies to your situation. These are not abstract rights — each one has a concrete path through our support channels. To review your transaction records, open your account dashboard and navigate to the history section; every wallet event is listed with a timestamp and reference. To correct account details such as a registered contact address, submit a request through our support chat or email line with the correct information and we will verify and update it. If you want to understand how a specific policy clause applies to you, write to our policy contact address and we will respond in plain language. For account access issues that lock you out before you can reach the dashboard, use the account recovery path on the login page.
Review Transaction Records
Log in and open the transaction history section of your dashboard. Every wallet credit and debit — including GoPay and DANA entries — is listed there with a reference and timestamp you can check.
Correct Account Details
If a registered detail on your account is wrong, contact support with the correct information. We verify the change against the account owner record before updating it.
Raise a Policy Question
Write to our policy contact with your account ID and the specific clause or situation you need clarified. We respond to policy questions through the same email channel used for account support.
Request Account Support
If access to your account is affected by a policy-related hold or review, contact support directly. We will explain the status, what is required to resolve it, and how long the process typically takes.
CONTACT PATHS
How to Reach Us on Policy Matters

Live Chat
Open the chat widget from any page while logged in. For policy and account questions, identify your account and describe what you need — the team will route it to the right handler.
Email Support
Send policy and data requests to our support email address listed in your account settings page. Include your account ID and a clear description of what you are asking so we can respond without back-and-forth.
Account Recovery
If a policy hold or access issue prevents you from logging in, use the account recovery link on the login page. This path bypasses the standard login and connects you to account support directly.
DATA AND SECURITY
How We Handle Your Data and Account Security
We keep account and transaction data only for as long as it is needed to operate your account and meet any applicable record-keeping requirements in the regions where we are permitted to operate. Data is not sold or shared with parties outside this platform except where required by law or where you have explicitly connected a third-party service such as GoPay or DANA to your wallet.
Data Retention
Account records and transaction logs are retained according to the obligations that apply in supported regions of Indonesia. When retention is no longer required, data is removed from active systems on a scheduled basis.
Cookies and Session Data
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences across visits. You can manage cookie settings through your browser. Clearing cookies will require you to log in again on your next visit.
Account Security Practices
Your login is protected by credentials you set and manage. We do not ask for your password through chat or email. If you receive a message asking for your credentials, treat it as suspicious and report it through our support chat.
Policy Change Notifications
When these terms change materially, we notify you through the contact method registered on your account before the change takes effect. The updated version is always accessible from the footer of every page on this site.
POLICY FAQ
Common Questions About Legal Terms and Account Rights
These are the questions we receive most often about how our legal terms work, what your rights are, and how to act on them.
Where can I see the transaction records tied to my account?
Open your account dashboard after logging in and navigate to the transaction history section. Every wallet event — including GoPay credits, DANA deposits and OVO transfers — is listed there with a timestamp and reference number you can quote if you need to raise a question.
Does tglplus store my GoPay or DANA wallet credentials?
No. When you use GoPay or DANA to fund your account, the payment is processed within those networks. We receive and store only the resulting wallet credit — amount, timestamp, and your tglplus account ID. Your payment wallet credentials stay within their respective networks.
How do I correct a detail on my registered account?
Contact our support team by chat or email with your account ID and the correct information. We verify the change against the account owner record before updating it. We do not update personal details based on an unverified request, so please be ready to confirm your identity through the steps support will describe.
What happens to my account if access rules change in my region?
If your region is reclassified under local regulation in Indonesia, we update your account status and notify you through the contact method on file. The current eligibility state of your account is always visible in your account dashboard after login. We do not remove account history during a status review.
How do I request a copy of the data held on my account?
Send a written request to our support email address, which is listed in your account settings page. Include your account ID and specify what data you need. We will confirm receipt and respond with the relevant records according to the applicable process for your region.
Who do I contact if I have a question about a specific clause in these terms?
Write to our policy contact email with your account ID and the clause or situation you need explained. We respond in plain language and aim to address the specific question you raised rather than directing you back to the full document. Chat support can help you find the right email address if needed.
